Terms of Use

By accessing the Moneycoin website at Moneycoin.app (“Website”) and/or registering an account on the Moneycoin App, you agree to the Terms of Use below (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not access the Website or use the Moneycoin App. All materials below relate to the App and the Company. Individuals using the App’s services shall hereinafter be referred to as Users/Customers or Account Holders.

1. General Information

1.1. The App is designed to receive and compare loan offers, introduce various insurance products, credit cards, and other financial products for individuals in Vietnam and residents of Vietnam. The provision of loan products, credit cards, insurance, and other financial services (“Provider Services”) is carried out by lenders, insurance companies, and other service providers (“Providers”). The App serves as a free platform connecting Users and Providers. By using the App, Users may apply for Provider Services. We may provide confirmation of applications and purchases via email (based on the information you supply) and through our App platform.

1.2. Before using the App, Users must carefully read and understand these Terms and the accompanying Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy. By using the App or providing personal information, Users fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use the App.

1.3. While we are committed to providing clear, concise, and user-friendly information, we do not guarantee that all information on our Website—including but not limited to Terms, conditions, and product descriptions—is entirely accurate. These should always be cross-referenced against loan agreements, insurance policies, and credit card contracts from Providers. In the event of discrepancies, the Provider’s contract terms shall prevail.

1.4. While Users may apply for Provider Services through the App, we are not a lender, insurer, or issuer of credit cards. Applications are considered and approved solely by the Providers. Approval depends on multiple factors, including but not limited to honest disclosure of your responses. If your application is declined, we will refund any fees you may have paid to us, along with the Provider’s stated reason (if available).

1.5. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to decline or cancel applications at our discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, sanctions or trade restrictions, embargoes, fraud or suspected fraud, criminal activity, suspicious orders, unavailability of services, inaccurate or misleading information, credit card transaction issues, inappropriate or abusive behavior, refusal to provide required information, prior violations, or being listed on any governmental or international “blacklist” or “watchlist.” We may suspend or delete accounts permanently or temporarily. Blocked Users must not attempt to re-register under another name or via another User. In such cases, we may seek compensation under Vietnamese law.

1.6. Quotes for loans, insurance, or credit cards may be adjusted by Providers depending on factors such as creditworthiness, insured asset conditions, health status, claim history, or renewal continuity. Final pricing rests solely with the Provider. Users will be informed of any price changes before finalizing contracts. If you disagree, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

1.7. Payments for financial products (if legally sold directly through the App) must be made into the Company’s bank account or authorized payment channels. Payments not made directly through these channels are invalid, and we bear no responsibility for such transactions.

1.8. In compliance with Vietnamese law and insurance regulations, the Company may review and approve cancellation of insurance transactions and refund payments upon User request.

1.9. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Personal Data Processing

2.1. Data processing is conducted in accordance with our attached Privacy and Personal Data Policy, which you are deemed to have read and accepted by agreeing to these Terms.

2.2. You authorize us to transfer your personal data to Providers and partners for purposes including verification, evaluation, loan/insurance/credit card applications, and tailored offers.

2.3. We are not responsible for Providers’ handling of personal data.

2.4. You consent to being contacted by Providers/partners for offers of loans, insurance, credit cards, or other financial services.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate information and answer App questions truthfully.

• Use secure devices and data channels.

• Do not share your account with third parties. Notify us immediately if compromised.

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

• Agree that unauthorized use of your account will still be deemed valid instructions from you.

• Not use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.

• Not harass, abuse, defame, threaten, or impersonate others.

• Not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute App content without permission.

• Not engage in spamming, automated scraping, bots, or activities that overload the App.

• Indemnify the Company and partners against claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse.

4. User Rights

• Free access to App services.

• Right to have personal data collected, processed, and shared only as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We only provide information from Providers; we are not liable for your choices.

• We are not responsible for third-party use of your account.

• We are not liable for technical failures, power outages, or interruptions outside our control.

6. Privacy

• User data is only shared with Providers and authorized partners for stated purposes.

• We do not share personal data with third parties unless they agree to equivalent data protection standards.

7. Intellectual Property

• All IP related to the App belongs to the Company.

• No rights are granted to use trademarks, trade names, or other IP without written consent.

• Unauthorized use of branding, logos, or assets is prohibited.

8. Account Verification

• We may transfer small sums to bank accounts/e-wallets to verify User accounts.

• Users must provide accurate personal data (name, ID/passport, DOB, banking details, phone/email, face photo, etc.).

• The Company may require additional documentation for verification.

• The Company reserves sole discretion to approve or reject accounts.

• Account Holders must return funds transferred for verification if fraudulent information is discovered.

• Users remain bound by obligations even upon account termination.

• We are not liable for force majeure events affecting transactions.
